ARNAUD LEBRUN

  

Arnaud is a senior executive, oil and gas engineer with a one-year additional training in sales management. Arnaud has started as Project Engineer (Upstream, downstream) onshore and offshore for Elf, Total and Adnoc in Gabon, Myanmar and UAE. In the early 2000’s, Arnaud joined Honeywell Process Solutions as a key account manager for The Total Group.

 

In 2006, Arnaud was appointed Middle East Regional Manager for an international technical assistance company. He was in charge of setting up affiliates and business development. In 2018 Arnaud moved back to Europe for the same company, in charge of developing and structuring strategic partnerships.

 

Since 2020, Arnaud has been acting as an independent Senior Advisor for entrepreneurs and corporations willing to enter the African market.

 

Arnaud has over 25 years of experience in the management of international projects and business development in the Oil & Gas sector, in Africa, the Middle East and South-East Asia.

GILLES MOREAU

  

Gilles is a senior manager, with a Master in International Sales of Technical Products and an Executive MBA at Hult with Merit.

Gilles started his career in Alstom Power as a project manager for the French nuclear program (generator side), then manager of the service business units in China and Nigeria.

 

Gilles moved to Cegelec as a business unit manager in Nigeria and in Qatar, before moving to Dubai UAE as a Project Director for Bouygues (ETDE), and to Techma (services and training). In 2019, Gilles set up Tarpon International in Qatar with the launch of a new Group activity in OT Cyber security.

 

With over 25 years of international and operational management within Oil & Gas and industrial sectors, Gilles has developed a strong international network and expertise in the set up and development of international companies, including strategy and investors relationship.
